Return/Exchanges Policy

We, our, and us refers to the Site/M. L. White and you refers to the user. Feel free to view the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time.

Returns and exchanges of items sold on www.authormlwhite.com are subject to change at any time without consent. You may read the current Policy on M. L. White's website at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any return or exchange requests made by you.  All returns or exchange requests must be made within 10 calendar days of the date of purchase. Failure to submit a request before that time will be an automatic rejection of the Return/exchange request.

Returns and exchanges will only be granted due to damage made in shipping. Damage made by the user will not be accepted as a Return or Exchange.

You agree to provide M. L. White and her team the necessary information needed to review the return/exchange request. Failure to do so will result in automatic rejection. The necessary information may include your name, credit card information, email, address, and photo evidence of said damage.

You agree to allow M. L. White and her team to contact you concerning the issue if you submit a Return/Exchange request. This may include emails, text messages, written letters, and phone calls. M. L. White and her team will only contact you concerning this request. If we receive no additional response after 7 days from the first attempt, we will close the request, and you will not be allowed to reopen the Return/Exchange request.
